Rustic Retreat Deer Park Owner Thomas Mueller has paid a ticket to the DNR but he continues violating local, state and federal law.

The DNR has ticketed Rustic Retreat Deer Park owner Tom Mueller for failing to obtain a license for wolfdogs.
