"There was also a serval named Zuri that Tiger Creek Animal Sanctuary acquired, who was extremely nervous around people. She would frequently self-mutilate to the point where bone was exposed on her tail. She has died, and it is suspected she passed because she was not being given crucial medicine needed to help regulate her digestion. Another keeper had told me they found several bottles in the medicine cabinet, but they had never been used, and none of us were aware she needed special care."
